This concept started way back in 2008. I saw a doormat on I Can Has Cheezburger? with the word “Leave” on it, and thought it fit Heruvael (Hileko’s father) perfectly. So I ran with that inspiration and made a small animated gif with a few character doormats. When it came back to mind recently, I could not resist the opportunity to add additional doormats.

My second music video is complete! “The Song of the Changer” is not only Copper’s favorite song about his personal hero, but the lyrics serve as the source of the passwords used by the Separatist mages in the Geren’s Passage novels. Due to it being referenced across the first three Geren novels, it made a perfect choice.

Adya’s Song: Defender’s Eyes
Months ago, I decided that instead of trying to make book trailers for the five Geren novels (thereby inflicting more advertising on a world already oversaturated with the stuff) I would attempt music videos instead.
